Outcomes
Real skills. Real friendships. Real outcomes.
We collect feedback from every participant and stakeholder at the end of every program. Here's what they tell us.
What participants and support networks report
- Greater social confidence and willingness to start conversations
- Clear understanding of consent and the ability to speak up about boundaries
- Better awareness of red flags and unsafe online behaviour
- Stronger knowledge of sexual health and where to get support
- New friendships that continue beyond the program itself
In their words
“Date-Ability is well presented — as a person who has autism it is well broken down so it can be understood on a variety of levels.”SamDate-Ability participant, QLD
“Even I have learnt a lot from supporting my participant. We always reflect on the drive home after our sessions. It's nice seeing everyone feeling safe here.”JohnSupport worker
“M has learnt the steps to take on his journey to find a relationship. He has learnt a lot and the program is helping him understand things in a relationship.”BrookeSupport worker, QLD
Outcome data — coming soon
We're building the formal evidence base for relationship education for adults with disability — an area historically under-researched in Australia. Participant outcome data and case studies will be published here as they're collected.
